It has both manual and automatic working modes, parameter management, arbitrary viewing, USB connection for data export, and printing.

1.Preheating time and preheating pressure can be set arbitrarily within the range.

2. Within the temperature range, the test temperature can be freely set.

3. Within the pressure range, the test pressure can be freely set, and the pressure intensity is automatically calculated.

4. Within the pressure range, the required pressure can be set for sample exhaust treatment.

5. Exhaust time and frequency can be set.

6. After reaching the preset exhaust time, it automatically pressurizes to the test pressure for tablet pressing.

7. The test time can be set, and the mold automatically opens when the test time is reached.

8. Added formula management function, with storage for up to 10 sets of formulas, data export, and arbitrary viewing.

9. Standard automatic mode:

10.Standard operating procedure:

Start the program (only when the temperature rises to the requirement) → Automatic mold closing of the molding plate → First-stage pressure (pre-pressure) begins → When the time is reached → Automatic exhaust (exhaust frequency and time can be set arbitrarily) → Second-stage pressure (boost pressure) begins → When the time is reached → Automatic mold opening of the molding plate, operation ends.

11.Time setting: Vulcanization time is in minutes, exhaust time is in seconds, both with selectable functions.
